It did not take long for me to realize the practical applications of the 3D model. Within a week of completing the model I was able to include a link to it on a Request for Proposal (RFP) that was submitted to an out of town client. This proved very beneficial to anyone unfamiliar with the property. The image is flattering and contributes to the property’s appeal. I will be using this routinely in my communications with existing and prospective tenants as both a reference and a promotional tool.
